Delivering Your F1 & Experience Tickets

TICKET DELIVERY – IF ORDERED 2 WEEKS BEFORE RACE OR EARLIER:

Tickets will be shipped by DHL Courier if ordered at least 14 days before the Formula One event you will be attending. Tickets are usually dispatched around 1-2 weeks prior to the event and will require a signature on receipt. The team will provide a tracking number when dispatched. 

TICKET DELIVERY – IF ORDERED WITHIN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE RACE

All tickets will be picked up at the race destination from the local box office (where this is not offered an E-Ticket will be sent by email to be printed and used as access). Often we use the official trackside offices or institutions to allow guest and clients to pick up their tickets and exchange a voucher which will be emailed to you upon ordering for the actual race tickets.

Please note that the booking confirmation you receive by EMAIL is NOT the voucher neither a final confirmation that tickets are actually available. We take good care to ensure all tickets are updated daily.

FORMULA ONE PADDOCK CLUB TICKETS

If you purchase a Formula One Paddock Club Ticket, our Ticket Department will contact you directly and send the actual tickets by Global Courier Service to your billing address around 1 week prior to the event. If you need the tickets to be sent to a different address, please contact us. Formula One Paddock Club Tickets ordered online through this website are subject to availability and review of each individual booking. Further documentation about the guests attending may be required.
